The Founder has worked for a private company as the Human resources director in the building industry for over 21 years. He initiated and chaired internal hearings, represented the companies at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, drafted HR/Industrial relations polices, and procedures, provided HR strategic advice to the board. He also has vast experience in training and development initiatives, BBBEE scorecard, and Employment equity.
